1. Damaged or Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we’re happy to offer a free exchange, subject to the conditions below:

Notification Required Within 24 Hours : Please contact us via WhatsApp at +91-9982908861 within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos as proof of the issue.

You must ship the item back to us.

Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, a replacement will be shipped.

Refunds are not available. Instead, store credit will be issued in 5-7 working days

- Processing Time : Once processed, your exchange will be delivered within 4–5 working days.
2. Unsatisfied with the Product (Size, Fit, or Style)
If the product doesn’t meet your expectations due to size, style, or other preferences, we offer store credit or exchange options:

Return Shipping : You are required to ship the product back to us at your own expense.

Store Credit : Once we receive the item in acceptable condition, we will issue store credit valid for 6 months.

Exchange Options : You may choose to exchange the item for a different size or an alternative product.

Conditions for Return/Exchange :
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned within 4 days of delivery.
- All original tags and caution labels must be intact. Products without tags or with removed tags will not be eligible.
3. Exchange & Return Guidelines

We will not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

If the item is used, worn, washed, or damaged.
