HAUX Exchange & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with HAUX. We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, we’ll make it right.
What to do:
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9982908861 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
Resolution:
- We will arrange a replacement for the same product at no additional cost.
- If the product is unavailable, A replacement of equal value will be provided.
Please ensure the product is unused and all original tags are intact.
2. Need a Different Size?
We offer a 7-Day Easy Size Exchange to ensure you get the perfect fit.
How it works:
- Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Customers are required to ship the product back to us
Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement size will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.
3. Changed Your Mind?
If the product doesn’t meet your expectations in terms of style or preference, we offer Store Credit.
Eligibility:
- Request within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
Store Credit:
- Store credit will be issued after quality inspection.
- Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Please note that refunds to the original payment method are not available for preference-based returns.
4. Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Replacement orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Store credit is processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
5. Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Store Credit
We will be unable to process requests if:
- The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Original tags or packaging are missing.
- The request is raised after the applicable exchange period.
6. Delivery Responsibility
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. HAUX cannot be held responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
