A: HAUX caters to an oversized fit. If you’re unsure about sizing, we recommend going one size down from your regular fit. For example, if you usually wear a Medium, you can opt for a Small with us. Q: What are the care instructions for the T-shirts?

  • Machine wash (cold water)
  • Air dry recommended
  • Avoid dry cleaning
  • Do not iron directly on the print
  • Wash inside out to protect the fabric and print

Q: What fabric are your t-shirts made of?

A: All our tees are crafted from 100% cotton for softness, breathability, and long-lasting comfort.

Q: Will the print fade after washing?

A: We use high-quality, durable inks that are built to last. With proper care (cold wash, no direct heat), your prints will stay vibrant even after multiple washes.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver across pan India, covering all serviceable pin codes.

Q: Where is my order shipped from?

A: All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment center in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Q: When can I expect my delivery?

A: Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor the status in real-time.

Q: Why is my order not delivered after the mentioned date?

3. ORDER

4. ORDER RECEIVED ISSUES

Q: My order has an incorrect or missing item. What should I do?

5. EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: Yes! We accept exchanges for sizing issues or defects. Items must be in unused condition with tags intact. Please raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty.

Q: Can I return the product for a refund?

A: Currently, we do not offer refunds. However, you can request an exchange or store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
