A: We deliver across pan India, covering all serviceable pin codes.
Q: Where is my order shipped from?
A: All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment center in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
Q: When can I expect my delivery?
A: Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor the status in real-time.
Q: Why is my order not delivered after the mentioned date?

3. ORDER
Q: How do I confirm my order status?

4. ORDER RECEIVED ISSUES

A: We sincerely apologize. Please write to us at info.hauxofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos of the damaged item. We’ll replace it or offer a suitable solution.
Q: My order has an incorrect or missing item. What should I do?
A: Please send an email to info.hauxofficial@gmail.com with your order ID and unboxing video/images. We will resolve the issue at the earliest.
5. EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes! We accept exchanges for sizing issues or defects. Items must be in unused condition with tags intact. Please raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty.
Q: Can I return the product for a refund?
A: Currently, we do not offer refunds. However, you can request an exchange or store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
